At Aerin Zyra, every artwork is carefully handmade with time, effort, and personal attention to detail. Since all portraits and drawings are custom-created and personalized for each customer, we do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and the artwork process has started.

No Refund Policy
All purchases made through Aerin Zyra are final.
We do not provide refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for custom handmade portrait drawings.
Once the drawing process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
Custom Artwork Policy
Each artwork is uniquely created based on the reference photos and requirements provided by the customer. Because of the personalized nature of the work:
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction related to artistic style, shading, or creative interpretation.
Customers are requested to review the artist’s style and portfolio before placing an order.
Damaged Deliveries
If an artwork arrives physically damaged during shipping:
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos of the damaged package and artwork must be provided for review.
In genuine cases, we may consider a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will still not be provided.
Incorrect Information
Aerin Zyra is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses, incomplete customer information, or failure to respond during the order process.
